The Fool represents the beginning of all creativity and the desire to accomplish impossibly beautiful goals Here are all the joys and possibilities of adventure. Each of us faces many choices in life. A fresh choice is before you-choose wisely.
THE REVERSE:The choice will likely lead to a thoughtless or "foolish" action. Fear may hold one back from accepting a new opportunity. Folly and indescretion are implied.
When this card appears in the future of the seeker, it is read as a choice that will be offered him. If a card is near it, then the kind of person suggested by that card will be the one who offers the new opportunity. If there are many Major Arcana in the spread, then the seeker does not have much to say about it: the choice will be made by others.
When the Fool is found in reverse, warn the seeker that his choice will likely be unwise and he should give it much thought. When it is found in the past, the seeker has already made a choice of some importance, and the cards will surrounding it will indicate whethar the choice has been a good one. If he seems to be a timid sort, encouurage the seeker to think seriously about the new opportunity that lies ahead.
